01. Compensation Policy
If a student misses a class, they may make up the session in the available slots within three consecutive months from the date of absence, provided that the monthly fees are paid each month to avail this option. After this period, the missed class will be forfeited.
02. Payment On Hold Policy
If you have already paid and attended only 1 or 2 hours of class in the first week but are unable to attend the remaining three weeks of the month due to an emergency, your payment will be put on hold. You are required to inform us in advance, and the unused hours will be carried forward.
03. Split and Pay Policy
If you have a planned vacation or exam period, you may choose to pay only for 2 or 3 consecutive weeks in that month instead of the full month, provided you inform us in advance and make the payment accordingly. This option is available with a minimum payment of 2 weeks and can be used once every 3 months. Please note that the compensation policy will not be applicable when this option is used.
